These terms of use apply to the use of the Second Trainer tool. The user becomes bound by these terms of use by completing a membership and becoming a registered user. Only members can use the tool.
Second Trainer reserves the right to change these terms of use and notify changes via the website. New versions of the Terms of Use take effect and apply to the use of the tool from the date the change was posted on the Website.
The user may not modify, publish, transmit, distribute or otherwise commercialize, in whole or in part, any of the contents of the tool without the prior written consent of Second Trainer. The user has no ownership in the tool.
Second Trainer has the right, at its sole discretion and without obligation to notify the user in advance, to upgrade, modify and change the tool, without this basing any liability on the user.
The user does not have the right to transfer, transfer or sublicense their membership. In the event of a membership, the user undertakes to provide Second Trainer with the information required for registration (company information, name, address, telephone number and email) in accordance with our policy on personal data.
The members understand that Second Trainer's tools are owned by EDS Equo Digitech Solutions Aktiebolag, with organization number 559026-3983, and are protected by copyright, patent law, trademark law and / or other property rights and that these rights are valid and protected in all media and in all technologies that exist now or that will be developed in the future.
Second Trainer does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the tool and cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by events beyond Second Trainer's control. Nor is Second Trainer responsible for any loss of data by members as a result of events beyond Second Trainer's control.
Second Trainer reserves the right to restrict or suspend a member's access to the tool if the license is used incorrectly and does not meet the terms of use. Each membership has a three-month notice period from the time written notice is submitted.
Members have a three (3) month right of withdrawal / open purchase at the date of registered membership. In your notice of termination, it must be clearly stated that you have regretted.
When you place an order on our website, an order confirmation is sent to the specified email address. The order confirmation is your proof of purchase and can be used in the event of a complaint or regret of purchase, for example. All invoicing / payment is made via invoice. Always enter your order number as a reference when paying. All prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor excluding VAT.
The mandatory start-up fee is also invoiced by post or email. The start-up fee is a one-time cost at the beginning of the membership. In the event of non-payment of an invoice, a statutory reminder fee and any interest of 5% is paid.
It is of utmost importance for Second Trainer that our customers have the confidence to let us handle and store facts and data in the tool. We also want our customers and employees to be aware that we are doing so in a legal and safe manner. We handle all information about our customers and staff with great confidentiality, among other things, all employees must sign a confidentiality agreement when hiring and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
